Abu Simbel

Some shots of Abu Simbel where Rav, Roger and Sandra had a great adventure getting caught in a sandstorm. The monuments are carved into a mountain and were moved 60 meters higher in the 1970s as the Aswan High Dam would have flooded everything.	Another shot of Abu Simbel
Not only did they get caught in a sandstorm their 45 minute flight was delayed 5 hours and the cruise ship left them behind to be dropped at the next port. What ended up happening was the boat pulled over in the middle of nowhere, anchored to a tree and waited. 20 minutes later a speeding van pulls up and they all jump out climb down this steep embankment and back onto the boat.
